For me, leadership is about creating a compelling story. It’s about how you move people to action and touch their lives in ways that make them feel listened to, understood, and respected. It’s about how your presence inspires others to do more than they thought they could. During the last 30 years leading major global organisations, I have identified that real leadership is about the power of being authentic in everything you do- from what you say, how you show up in the world, to how you handle difficult conversations.
