My recent TEDx talk at TEDx Doncaster – Turn Your Fear Into Hope and Build Brave Belief

Kim TEDx Doncaster Talk present another idea worth spreading, Kim has identified there are three simple yet proven steps to reframe our thinking and change the label. Kim’s TEDx Doncaster Talk highlights that when we changed the label we change the outcome.

In this Talk Kim states we’ve all heard lots of talks about mindset and positive thinking and we may all have seen those work for us on occasion but how do we sustain them how do we get them to work for us all of the time or at least to give us those simple steps that when we feel that doubt creep in we can stop it in its tracks and changed our viewpoint .

Kim introduces the concept IAM statements and how we create these by the age of 7 we enforce them by the age of 14, and we embed them by the age of 21 they become the silent blueprint to our lives unless we understand the impact on our future.

Kim walks you through the three steps to understand what our IAM statements are and what is it we’re telling ourselves to allow us to move from fear to hope. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organised by a local community.
