Authentic Achievements Episode 4 with Special Guest Fraser Duncumb
In this episode, I am delighted to be joined by the lovely Fraser Duncumb CEO and Co-Founder of Wotter, a platform that gives companies the ability to track and improve their employee engagement initiatives.
Whilst practising as a violin-maker, Fraser’s solitary experience in this craft drove his growing fascination with what environments make other people tick, and how harnessing them can improve their work, and, in turn, their life. Fraser believes that every person can become the most exuberant, talented, and productive version of themselves if they are only given the right conditions. Empowering companies to learn and replicate these conditions is the next step of a lifelong journey. To find out more please head to www.wotter.me

Understand your key drivers to resilience – Interview with Nathaniel Schooler and Nelly Shein
What motivates you to keep going when things get tough? What propels you to keep fighting and pushing through even when the odds seem insurmountable? For many of us, it’s our drive for resilience that keeps us going. But what is resilience, exactly? And what are the drivers behind it? Remembering why you started in the first place and finding your key emotional drivers are key elements to becoming more resilient. Nelly Shein and Nathaniel Schooler discuss.
Celebrating International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day has been celebrated since the turn of the last century although was only officially celebrated on March 8th in 1975 when it was recognised by the United Nations.
International Women’s Day is an opportunity to pause, reflect and give thanks to all the amazing women, past, present and future who have made a difference in our lives.
This year’s theme is #breakthebias which impacts us all whatever our gender, race, culture or age. By working together and seeking to understand each other we can remove not just the conscious bias but the unconscious one’s silently sabotaging our desire to build a diverse and inclusive society.
What will you do to help break the bias?
